The Hot Wheels logo, uses the three analogous shades of yellow to create a warm, but not completely boiling feeling. This is used to represent burning rubber, and the streak like speed of Hot wheels cars.

The color contrast an similarities are so attention getting that the product stands out. Its unique logo does not identify with one company, but with itself. Its uniqueness is due to its logo, and how its so different.
